Durabak 18 roofing coating will chemically bond to almost any clean, dry surface, including wood, rubber, remove rubber and put in concrete, fiberglass, and metal. It also bonds to itself, which makes it a simple matter to add extra coating whenever needed. This coating is available in both smooth and textured versions, and in over a dozen colors.
