Navy Ships
Navy vessels must be maintained properly—this can literally be a matter of life or death. While recreational ships certainly should be handled with care to ensure safety, a Navy craft belongs to a different class altogether, and its standards of upkeep reflect the seriousness of its mission. Durabak M26 was invented to help Navy ships stay in absolutely first-rate condition. This protective coating holds up in a wide variety of weather conditions, guarding ship surfaces from chemical and environmental corrosion.
Easily applied with a brush, roller, or spray gun, it quickly hardens into a tough, long-lasting membrane that protects the surface underneath. When applied to a deck, Durabak forms a non-slip coating that reduces the likelihood of crew injury on Navy ships. This polyurethane coating bonds to nearly any surface, and it is available in over a dozen standard colors. Durabak M26 is currently on the U.S. Navy Qualified Products List for High Durability Deck Coatings (MIL PRF 32171B).
